Sharing tales of past adventures

"So, there I was...at the mercy of three monstrous trolls... and they're arguing...arguing about how they were going to cook us! Whether it be turned on a spit or whether they were going to sit on us one by one and squash us all into jelly! Oh but they spent so much time arguing over the whether-to's and the why-for's that the sun's first light crept over the top of the trees... and poof... turned them all to stone!

Bilbo Baggins, at his 111th birthday, retelling the story about the trolls.

Since forever people gather at a fire to tell stories. Some are about the fish that was sooooo big.... But some... some are stories about the mighty warriors who slew the dragon, about the mages apprentice who became the most famous wizard or about the cunning rogue who stole the crown and the heart of the kings daughter. But are they just stories? This is the place where those stories come from, where heroes gather to accomplish legendary tasks, heading for the unknown together. This is where their journey starts.

This wiki is dedicated to the Guild "The Amberheart". Become part of it, and thus make the first step to enter these legends together.

This wiki[]

This wiki is the wiki of the roleplaying section of the guild "The Amberheart" on the WoW EU-Server Argent Dawn.

Concept[]

The concept of the guild "The Amberheart" is that of an order of adventurers, explorers and do-gooders. Unbeknown to the public this secret group heads out to make the world a better place: Slowly they have begun to make their names known and some of the biggest Heroes of the world (LVL 80+) count towards their ranks. Although... being such is in no way a precondition to join! Rather it is the willingness to make this world a better place, the attitude not to leave a stone unturned, and the ability to recognize when help is needed. So there are also younger heroes, the next generation, welcomed all the time that share this attitude. Often, but not always, after being tested for a longer time, though unbeknown to them.

Storytelling and Shared Roleplaying[]

  1. Storytelling and RP Events: Once we grow big enough we plan on doing big events and storylines too, yet we also encourage to come up with your own storylines and play them with each other.
  2. Character driven RP: We encourage your characters to grow, change and generally consider it a good idea to take up little gems in your background story to make a storyline or something else of it.
  3. Social RP: Well... the tavern... what an RP guild would we be if this was not in our portfolio hunh?
  4. Questing/RP: Blizzard provides a ton of stories, and how could we leave this potential to rot? Since 7.3.5 questing is fun again, so why not do it together (of course while RPing our characters?)
